刘英，中国人民大学重阳金融研究院院委、合作研究部主任、研究员，毕业于清华大学。在《财经》《中国金融》《中国投资》《中国外汇》《金融博览》《FT中文网》《经济日报》《经济参考报》等经济金融核心期刊和报纸发表有关国际货币体系、货币政策、国际金融、互联网金融、碳金融、“一带一路”研究100多篇文章；编写《欧亚时代》《互联网金融》《“一带一路”国际贸易支点城市研究》等书。

Based on extensive authentic data and research, this book consists of seven chapters, analyzes economic layouts and potentials of BRICS countries and their respective advantages and positions in finance, trade and investment in the previous and new rounds
